Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We have no control over the Linked Sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites will be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each such site.

Privacy Policy
We do not collect any personal data from visitors to this website without first asking a visitor to expressly provide that information to us. Information may be collected when you sign up for a promotion or newsletter if and when we provide such newsletters and promotions. If you sign up to our newsletter you will be added to our mailing list and will receive our newsletter if and when we publish a news letter and you will also receive promotional material from us by email. Promotional material may include information relating to our services or the services and products of a third party that we would like to recommend. We do not sell or rent data and your data will never be provided to a third party without your prior consent.
Cookies must be enabled to use some functions of our website. Most notably, you will not be able to make purchases through our website. You will also not be able to sign in to your account. At present these are the only two functions which require the use of cookies.

Submission of material
By submitting any material to us, you automatically grant "fairtrade inspires" the royalty-free, perpetual, exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such material (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. You also acknowledge that "fairtrade inspires" is not obliged to publish any material submitted by you on any "fairtrade inspires" publication.
We advise that you never reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else (telephone number, home address, business address, delivery address or email address or any other details that would allow you to be personally identified).
In certain circumstances "fairtrade inspires" may also share your contribution with trusted third parties.
By submitting any material to us, you agree to use the "fairtrade inspires" Community areas in accordance with the Community Guidelines [link] and these Terms and Conditions and the Community Terms and Conditions.

Failure to comply
If you fail to abide by these Community Rules you may be sent an email which informs you why your contribution has been refused or edited. This email will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your account or accounts.
This action may include any content posted by you being checked before allowed to go on the site or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any or all areas of "fairtrade inspires".
"fairtrade inspires" reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any "fairtrade inspires" account, at any time, for any reason.
If you do not want to grant "fairtrade inspires" the permission set out above on these terms, please do not submit or share your contribution on the Community website.

Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We aim to ship all orders next working day, however delays can occasionally occur. All valuable orders will be shipped via recorded delivery as deemed neccessary. All other orders will be shipped first class. Shipping prices are within UK only. Please contact us for delivery charges for orders outside UK.
If your order is accepted we will inform you by email upon the items being despatched. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Discount Codes
- Account discount codes - Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
- Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.

Returns

Unwanted Items
If you are not happy with the products purchased and wish to return these items you must inform "fairtrade inspires" of your decision within 7 days from the date of delivery and products should be returned in their original condition, unused and fit for resale within 28 days from date of delivery. This is in addition to your statutory rights. You are responsible for making sure that the products are returned safely. As a result, "fairtrade inspires" recommend return are sent via a "signed for" delivery method. This excludes items collected in-store.

Faulty Goods
Although every care is taken to make sure products are of the highest quality and products are checked before being sent out, you may find the products purchased to be faulty or appear to not be as described you should contact "fairtrade inspires" within 28 days with details of the fault. We will do our best to rectify the problem and issue you with a prepaid container in which to return the product. Should we find no fault with the product, or deem it to be the result of misuse, the refund issued will equal to the total order value minus all delivery costs.

Collect in Store
If you specify that purchases should be collected in store, you will be informed by email when your purchases are available to collect. This email should be printed as proof of purchase and produced to our staff in store upon collection. These orders can only be guaranteed to be held for a period of 7 days, after which we may at our discretion issue a refund and cancel the order. We will notify you by phone or email if and when an order will be cancelled. Should you know that you may not be able to collect the products within this period, please notify us via our contact form which can be found here.
Our returns policy differs for purchases where the item(s) are to be collected in store as the products may be inspected before purchase. Our in-store return policy applies to these purchases with the following exceptions:
- For faulty goods, refunds will be paid via "PayPal" to the card used.
- For Unwanted items, a credit note will be issued to the value of the purchases.

Linking to this Website
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.
This Website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of this Website other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

Invalidity
If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.

Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and "fairtrade inspires". Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of "fairtrade inspires".

Fair Trade Sourcing Policy
As a reputable and trusted business committed to offering its customers high quality products, "fairtrade inspires" recognizes its obligation to ensure that suppliers are operating under fair trade conditions.
We expect our suppliers to consistently provide an environment which protects their employees' health and safety and basic human rights.
All suppliers are expected to comply with their national employment laws and regulations with particular regard to:
- Minimum age of employment
- Freely chosen employment
- Health and safety
- Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
- No discrimination
- No harsh or inhumane treatment
- Working hours
- Rates of pay
- Terms of employment
- Other fair trade requirements, such as fair trade premiums etc.
"fairtrade inspires" will never knowingly source stock from countries which are in breach of the above principles. We also look to our suppliers to instil these principles when dealing with their own supplier base.
